2 3-oz boxes apricot jello
2 c hot water
2 c cold water
1 can crushed pineapple
2 bananas sliced
2 c miniature marshmallows
Mix jello and water. Let congeal slightly. Add remaining ingredients and set until firm.
Topping:
1/2 c pineapple juice
1 egg
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 pkg dream whip
1 can coconut
Mix sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice and cook until thick. Add cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Let cool. Mix dream whip as directed, then fold in. Spread on jello. Sprinkle coconut on top and chill.
